Nitin Chapke, CEO:

• He is a co-founder of DNC DATA and has served as CEO of DNC since 2000. In his role, Mr. Chapke is responsible for DNC's strategic and corporate direction in developing and delivering solutions that address industry needs of economical creation and enrichment of content. He also co-ordinates the corporate business development effort at DNC. Prior to DNC he has worked in Research and Sales at leading investment banks in New York.
  
• He has received a Bachelor of Engineering degree from B.A.M.U, India and a M.B.A. from Kent State University, Ohio.
  

Narendra Jadhav, Senior Vice President :

• Mr. Jadhav leads DNC's Human Resources, Business Development and Facilities efforts. He has spent more than a decade developing Human Resources within rapidly growing and dynamically changing enterprises. He has been instrumental in making DNC DATA a sought after employer and desired partner to our business associates. He has built a work culture at DNC, which continuously strives for higher quality and teamwork.
  
• He is an Arts graduate with specialization in economics from Bombay University and Masters in Human Resource Development and Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, India.
  

Vinod Kumar, Vice President Technology:

• As Vice President, Technology. Mr. Vinod Kumar, leads the technology team using his seven plus years of experience in software engineering and product development for document publishing. He is responsible for developing and delivering solutions that address every facet of document lifecycle management. His extensive knowledge of document publishing formats and understanding of document creation and conversion processes has facilitated in speedy development and implementation of robust solutions at DNC.
  
• He is an Engineering graduate from IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) Kharagpur, India.
  

Syamantak "Sam" Thakur, AVP - Operations:

• Mr. Thakur is responsible for managing DNC's content services business, including planning and implementation of conversion projects, as well as financial performance of projects. Additional responsibilities include customer relations, and personnel management. His entrepreneurial approach combined with his strengths in planning and implementation enables DNC in efficiently delivering solutions to the clients.
  
• He is a Physics graduate from Mumbai University and has undergone a general mangement program at IIM Bangalore.
